If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at info@sarahlouiseart.co.uk with photographic evidence of the product and its packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and quickly process a refund or replacement, ensuring no additional expense to you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer regulations, customers within the European Union may return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.
However, this policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including our made-to-order prints and frames. While our products are exempt from the standard EU withdrawal policy, we are fully committed to customer satisfaction—if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, simply provide photo evidence, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund promptly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
